The portal
Two sides of the same portal: what your clients see, and the desk your team works from.
For the client
- Their wealth, its history, how it is split and the positions behind it, always with the date of the figures.
- Documents, with a task when one needs signing.
- Messages with their adviser (not for orders).
- Large type, phone first, in Catalan and Spanish.
- Their return net of contributions, set against a reference.
- Movements, pending tasks and the adviser's notes.
- A way to ask for a meeting.
- Email notices that something is new, never the content itself.
- Family access, as the account holder authorises.
For the adviser's desk
- Every client and the firm's totals in one place.
- One inbox for every message.
- Publish the master file: check it, see what changed, publish, undo.
- View the portal as a given client sees it, and open the client's file.
- Send documents to one client or to many.
- See who holds a given instrument.
- Alerts against the firm's own limits, and a compliance traffic light.
- Notes to many clients, with read receipts.
- An export of the access log.
- A team with limited permissions.
Some of these run on optional sheets of the master file. What the file does not carry, the portal does not show.
Bank statements into the master file
The desk can read the banks' statement PDFs into the master file. The adviser checks what was read, adds what the statements do not say, and gets a spreadsheet or a draft to publish. No AI is involved: the PDFs are read in memory and never stored. Each bank has its own reader.
